The mayor of Washington DC has renamed a street near the White House as 'Black Lives Matter Plaza'.
Mayor Muriel Bowser said it was part of "determination to make America the land it ought to be."
She also referenced that this is the birthday of Breonna Taylor - a black woman shot dead by police who stormed her home as she slept.
The slogan has also been painted in huge yellow letters on the road.

Taylor, an emergency medical technician, was 26 when officers entered her Louisville home early on March 13th as part of a drugs investigation.
Police claim they were returning fire after one officer was shot and wounded in the apartment.
A defence attorney for Ms Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, says he fired in self-defence because police did not announce themselves and that he believed they were breaking in to the home.

Her family have hired a prominent civil rights attorney.
The lawsuit filed by the family says the officers were not looking for Taylor or her boyfriend, but for a suspect who was already in custody.
"Breonna Taylor was shot at least eight times by the officers' gunfire and died as a result," it says.
It also comes amid continuing protest following the death of George Floyd.
Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin has been charged with second-degree murder after video showed him placing his knee on Mr Floyd's neck for more than eight minutes while detaining him on May 25th.
Three other officers - Thomas Lane, J Kueng and Tou Thao - face charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
All four men have been fired.
Mayor Bowser has condemned President Trump's use of federal law enforcement agencies and military police to break up a protest on Monday night so he could have a photo opportunity outside a church near the White House.
"We want troops from out-of-state, out of Washington DC," Ms Bowser said at a news conference on Thursday.
Earlier, Mr Trump suggested Mr Floyd would be pleased to see improved US job numbers.
