Following the release of a weather warning, rain and hailstone showers have battered many parts of the country. In addition to those unsavory developments, snowfall has also been reported.

People in parts of the West and North woke up to a white blanket covering land in Donegal, Antrim, Galway and Mayo. And this short video indicates that Kerry can be added to that list of snow afflicted regions.
