Back in Victorian times, women’s swimming costumes were considerably different to bikinis we see on beaches today. And now a new video charts the evolution of the bikini since 1890, with each new piece showing ever more skin as times and fashions changed.

Amanda Cerny, a popular Vine star, models all the different looks to show how the swimsuit has changed over the last 125 years, from the bulky old-timey two piece right up to the contemporary style. Check out the video below:
