A new tourism campaign for Ireland is to feature legendary German goalkeeper Sepp Maier.
The short video is being broadcast across social media - including Facebook and Twitter - as well as via e-mail marketing and with broadcast, print and online media contacts around Germany.
In the video, viewers see Maier playing golf at Royal Portrush and Castlerock.
Heis also seen at some main tourist attractions - including Dunluce Castle and Whiterocks Beach.
The timing coincides with The Open taking place at Royal Portrush in Co Antrim.
Tourism Ireland invited Maier to visit the area earlier this year.
Peter Nash is Tourism Ireland's manager for Central Europe.
He says: "We were delighted to collaborate with Sepp Maier on this new video.
"He's an enormously popular and recognised figure in Germany, so this video is a great opportunity for us to highlight Northern Ireland and the superb golf here to potential holidaymakers in Germany - and to his many fans everywhere."
"I associate with Ireland and Northern Ireland some of my finest golfing experiences - not least my hole-in-one at K Club's Ryder Cup court," Maier says.
He will act as golf influencer for Tourism Ireland in 2019 and 2020.
In a description of the video, Tourism Ireland says: "Ireland is a popular destination for golfers, and hardly any other country offers such a wide variety of world-famous links and parkland courses."
