A police officer in the US has been placed on leave after a video emerged showing a law enforcement official pulling a gun on a group of teenagers.
Officers in the Dallas suburb of McKinney were responding to reports of teenagers causing a disturbance at a community pool party. Police say there had been reports of fighting.
In the video, a white police officer is seen handcuffing and confronting a number of mostly African American teenagers. The responding officer is shown throwing a teenage girl to the ground. When he is approached by two boys, he is seen pulling his weapon and chasing them away.
He re-holsters the gun after he is approached by two other officers.
