A global publishing group has announced 135 new jobs for Co Waterford.
Agora Companies says the jobs will be located at its offices in Woodlock House, Portlaw, as well as Waterford City.
The roles will mostly be across software development, as well as areas such as digital publishing and customer support.
Bill Bonner, founder of the Agora Companies, said the South East region of Ireland continues to "capture talent from the capital with the offer of a better quality of life".
John Halligan, Minister for Training, Skills, Innovation, Research and Development said he was "delighted" to announce the new jobs.
He observed: "Agora have been a well-known and highly respected employer in the area for a long time and this year marks their 20th anniversary here.
"Their expanded presence in the South East shows that we are succeeding in attracting high calibre companies and highly skilled jobs to our regions."
Agora is a consortium of around 40 media companies producing more than 300 publications in areas such as finance and lifestyle.
The group is based in Baltimore, Maryland and Delray Beach, Florida.
They say the new jobs in Ireland will make the Waterford offices their largest hub outside Baltimore.
