People of all ages with disabilities are taking part in the Watersports Inclusion Games in County Cork today.
The event at Kinsale Yacht Club gives them a chance to take part in sports like kayaking, power-boating and sailing.

It improves their health through muscle strength, improved cardiovascular fitness and boosts mental well-being.
Irish Sailing CEO Harry Harmon says people with different abilities are getting a chance to have fun:
“We have people of all types of disability and ability, whether they have physical or mental disabilities it really doesn’t matter. There’s an opportunity there for them to get out and enjoy it.”
