Jack spent his first three years in hospital and his family say they owe his life to ‘Our Lady’s Childrens Hospital' in Crumlin.
That’s why Jack's Aunt Polly O'Loughlin has recorded a single, appropriately named 'Jack' to raise money for the Rheumatology unit at the hospital.
