TODAY: Today will start out cloudy and misty, but most areas will be dry this morning, just isolated showers.
By lunchtime, showers will have become widespread and many will turn heavy.
A few thunderstorms are likely later as well. The coasts will be drier and brighter with some pleasant sunshine.
Winds will remain light and variable and sea breezes will develop at the coasts.
Temperatures will reach highs of between 14 and 17 degrees but it'll be a little cooler in the west.
TONIGHT: Showers will die out early tonight and it will become mainly dry with clear spells.
It will turn quite chilly in some areas; lowest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in little or no wind with some fog locally.
