TODAY

Today will start out dry and bright with good sunshine.

Cloud will increase through the morning from the west bringing showers on to western coasts by the end of morning and spreading eastwards through the afternoon.

Temperatures will range between 12C and 15C, warmest in the east.

Winds will be light to moderate from a westerly direction; fresh and gusty at times especially near showers.

TONIGHT

Tonight the showers will become isolated and will mostly affect northern regions.

Temperatures will fall to 7C or 8C and winds will continue light to moderate westerly.
