Much of tonight will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud.

Some drizzle over the northern half of the country and some clear spells further south.

After midnight, thickening cloud and outbreaks of rain and drizzle will spread from the west.

Lowest temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees, with southerly breezes freshening.
