After a month of opinion polls, controversies, debates and campaigning, General Election 2020 finally took place last Saturday.

Just before midnight on Monday, we finally knew the final make-up of the next Dáil - the Sinn Féin surge; the high-profile casualties; and the tricky parliamentary arithmetic that's already making it difficult for the parties to put together a government.
