A 2-year-old boy is recovering after being accidentally served whisky.

The child was celebrating his birthday with his parents at a restaurant in Swansea.

His family believe restaurant staff mixed his water and cordial order up with a whiskey that was supposed to go to a nearby stag party.

He was given the all clear at the local hospital and was later sick when his parents got him home.

The restaurant has apologised saying it was human error.
