The weather is expected to temporarily clear this afternoon, with some rain or drizzle throughout the day.
However, Met Éireann says tonight will be a wet night with widespread outbreaks of rain.
Forecasters say: “Tomorrow will be wet and very windy with strong to near gale force southwest winds.
“Rain will be heavy at times leading to localised flooding.
"Rain will clear southeastwards to frequent showers through the afternoon, some heavy with possible hail.”
The weather’s also expected to turn windy overnight tonight, with the strong winds to continue into Monday morning.
Meanwhile, the cleanup from Storm Eunice is continuing today.
ESB crews are trying to restore power this morning to around 12,000 homes, with work beginning against at first light.
The main areas affected by outages are Cork, Kerry, Wexford and Waterford.
Separately, 59-year-old Wexford County Council worker who died during the storm cleanup yesterday has been named locally as Billy Kinsella.
