A man in his 30s has been injured following a single-vehicle crash in Castlebridge Village, Co. Wexford.
Gardaí said the car left the road and struck a wall on the R741 at Castlebridge around 7pm yesterday evening.
The driver, a man aged 30, was the only person in the car and was seriously injured in the collision. No one else was injured.
He has been taken to Beaumont Hospital for injuries.
The scene of the crash is currently being preserved for forensic examination. Local diversions are in place.
Gardaí in Wexford are appealing for witnesses of the collision to come forward.
They are particularly interested in anyone with dashcam footage and was driving through the area at the time to offer information.
