Independent Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae has taken aim at Eamon Ryan after three members of the political dynasty were elected to local councils.
In April, the Green Party leader suggested 'the Kingdom was going green'.
"The Kingdom come is going to be 40 shades more if we have our way," Deputy Ryan said at the time.
“That’s happening pretty much up and down the west, north-west, south counties, because it’s good for us."
In a post on X accompanied by a video, Michael Healy-Rae asked Deputy Ryan what he thought of today's results.

Johnny Healy-Rae was elected on the first count in Kenmare, his sister Maura was elected in Killarney and their cousin Jackie Healy-Rae topped the poll in Castleisland.
Speaking after his election, Johnny Healy-Rae suggested: "The only thing going green in Kerry today is the hills and mountains that will be green for the summer.
"I'm afraid Eamon Ryan should think again and listen to the people on the ground.
"A lot of the nonsense and stuff that comes from the Green Party - if they're on one end of the scale, the Healy-Raes are on the other.
"I think he's his answer got in Kerry," he added.
Jackie is the son of sitting TD Michael Healy-Rae and Maura and Johnny are the children of Danny Healy-Rae.
