So what can we do to keep our spirits up through yet another wet summer? One doctor says we need to get outside anyway, despite the lack of proper sunshine. Some of his ways to combat feeling down in the dumps about the weather are:
- Get out for at least 30 minutes a day (even if its raining!)
- Don’t wear sun protection for 30 minutes (then put some on)
- Get a good set of rain gear and be prepared for the weather
