With post-Christmas sales starting as early as Christmas Eve, getting the best deal means you have to be quick on the mark.
Here's a handy guide to the shops that will offer you the best value on your post-Christmas shopping:
Amazon
Beginning on Christmas Eve, Amazon UK will begin dropping prices. Deals can be particularly good on electronic goods like Kindles, laptops and tablets.
Currys
Speaking of good deals on electronics, Curry's St Stephen's Day sale can see items like TVs, cameras, and gaming consoles - as well as a range of household appliances - go for as much as 50% off. Make sure to hurry though - online deals begin on the 24th/25th, and the best deals will sell out fast.
Marks and Spencer
Early birds get the worm at M&S, with online sales of up to 50% off starting from 4am on Christmas Day. In person deals will be offered from Stephen's Day at 9am.
Arnotts
The largest department in Ireland will open its doors on Henry Street in Dublin at 9am on St Stephen's Day. There you'll find offers of up to 50% off everything from homeware to high fashion.
ASOS
If you're looking to stick to online shopping, ASOS sales will begin soon. It differs, but offers usually begin before Christmas, starting at 50% off, and gradually increasing to 70% as the sale progresses.
BooHoo
BooHoo is another online only shop which can offer customers up to 70% off their purchases. Their winter sale always begins on December 24th, so mark the date.
NewLook
Online discounts will be offered from December 25th - but if you're looking for a reason to get out of the house before New Year's, an in-store sale will begin on the 27th.
Debenehams
From Christmas Eve, sales of up to 50% off selected items will be offered online, while in-store deals will begin on Stephen's Day.
