After years of pressure, the Catholic church has agreed to hand over the patronage of four primary schools.

Is this a truly historic development, or a token gesture created by a legacy-seeking Minister?

Is choice of patronage really the most pressing priority in primary schools, and if so, what way will the middle class parents break?
