It's over the deaths of two firefighters in 2007.

Brian Murray and Mark O'Shaughnessy were killed battling a blaze at a disused ink factory in Bray.

The Central Criminal Court fined Wicklow County Council 355-thousand euros, plus legal costs, for criminal health and safety violations at the building.

Wicklow Sinn Féin Councillor John brady will table the motion.
