Searches have resumed in a rural area of Co Laois as part of an investigation into the disappearance of a 56-year-old man in Portlaoise in January.
Two people, including a teenager, have been arrested on suspicion of murder as part of the investigation.
56-year-old William Delaney, who had been living in the Fieldbrook estate in Portlaoise, was reported missing by his family in January this year.
The search at the Rock of Dunamase began last Tuesday, after a member of the public came forward and claimed Mr Delaney had been assaulted and buried near the area.
Gardaí and the Defence Forces have sealed off a site at the Rock, and are continuing to search the area.
