A woman has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man in Dublin yesterday morning.
Gareth Kelly died after being stabbed in a housing estate in Kingswood as he tried to start his car to go to work.
38-year-old Christina Anderson of Brownsbarn Wood estate in Kingswood sat with her head down during today's hearing, which lasted around five minutes.
She made no reply after being charged with murder at 2:20pm this afternoon at Clondalkin Garda Station.
Judge Colin Daly agreed to a request for her to be medically and psychiatrically assessed while in custody.
He also asked for a separate psychiatric report to be prepared.
He remanded the accused in custody to appear in court again next Wednesday.
