A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Balbriggan earlier this month.
The man was found with serious injuries on a residential road in the Balbriggan area in the early hours of August 11th.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital and died the following day.
A postmortem exam was completed, but Gardaí say the results are not being disclosed for operational reasons.
Gardaí also say they are investigating all of the circumstances around the man’s death and confirmed that a woman in her 40s was arrested today on suspicion of murder.
She is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act (1984) at a Garda station in north Dublin.
