A woman is due in court in Dublin today, following her extradition from the UK overnight.
The woman in her thirties was recently arrested in the United Kingdom on foot of a Trade and Cooperation Agreement Warrant.
She's been detained as part of an investigation into a Criminal Organisation involved in alleged, fraudulent, online sales across Europe.
The Irish woman was extradited to Ireland yesterday evening and has since been arrested and charged.
She is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (CCJ) on the morning of Saturday, June 10th.
The woman is the 13th person arrested as part of Operation OMENA in ongoing investigations by the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau.
Operation OMENA investigating a Criminal Organization allegedly involved in fraudulent selling on second hand websites across Europe, and the subsequent alleged laundering of the proceeds of these crimes through a network of bank accounts, opened by using false Identities and money mules.
