A shore and sea search for a child who was feared missing in Co. Donegal has been called off.

It's after the PSNI in Northern Ireland confirmed that the child - who was thought to have been with a woman whose body was recovered from the water yesterday - wasn't missing.

The woman's body - who is understood to be from Derry - was recovered from Rockstown Harbour near Dunaffe in Inishowen at around 6.30 yesterday evening.

A post mortem will be carried out on the body of the woman later.
