In the UK, the Prison Officers Association says its confident five of its members will return to work - despite being suspended over an alleged incident involving a Woolwich murder suspect.

Police are investigating claims Michael Adebolajo was injured while being restrained at Belmarsh Prison.

Adebolajo is being held in connection witht violent death of solider Lee Rigby last May.

Drummer Rigby's violent death caused shock across the country, and particularly in Woolwich where the barracks are an integral part of the town.

Woolwich Barracks commander Lieutenant Colonel Bob Christopher said the Army had made a home in Woolwich for almost 300 years and Drummer Rigby was proud to live and work in this community, as were all the soldiers based there.

"The best tribute we can pay him is to not allow this awful crime to separate the military family in Woolwich from the fantastic support we have received, are currently receiving and know that we will continue to receive from our friends and neighbours across the borough."

Sky's Siobhan Robbins says union leaders aren't happy.
