'The Real Junk Food Project' in Leeds is a café unlike any other.
Run by local Leeds man Adam Smith, the café uses waste food for all it's dishes.
All their food is donated and supplied by various sources, ranging from walk-in donations to waste given by companies such as Nando's.
Due to their constantly varying ingredients, the cafe's menu changes every day.

Rather than have set prices for their ever changing meals, the cafe works on a 'pay what you like' scheme which could mean a donation of ten pounds; or even donating an hour of your time to help wash the dishes, serve the customers, or whatever you feel is adequate.
The café opened in December 2013 and has since fed over 3,000 people and used over ten and a half tonnes of food that otherwise would have been tossed on a landfill.
The staff, which includes two chefs and a number of graduates, work on an entirely voluntary basis.
