The wreckage of the Costa Concordia cruise ship is being towed into the Italian port of Genoa this morning.

Hundreds of workers are involved in the operation to scrap the vessel - which must be lightened before it can be lifted out of the water.

The ship capsized off the island off Giglio more than 2 and half years ago killing thirty two people on board.
