Met Éireann Meteorologist Mark Bowe says the weather across the country is going to get very unsettled, with winds and blustery conditions expected tonight.
“We are expecting an area of low pressure to drift past the Northern parts of the country tomorrow,” he said.
“That’ll bring some stronger winds but, more significantly, some persistent rain, especially across parts of Ulster and particularly across parts of Donegal.
“So, at the moment, we’re happy now just to keep that warning just to Donegal.
“The rain is going to get pretty persistent as we head into Tuesday, the weather is turning rather unsettled as we go into Tuesday and indeed into Wednesday as well.”
However, no other counties can expect weather warnings, at least for the moment.
