A man in his 20s has died in a car crash in Cork.
Gardaí are investigating a fatal car crash that took place this morning between Bantry and Ballydehob in county Cork.
A man in his 20s, the driver, was pronouced dead at the scene.
A post mortem examination will take place in Cork University Hospital.
The Gardaí Forensic Collision Investigators are conducting a technical examination of the scene and the road remains closed at this time.
Anyone travelling between Bantry and Ballydehob during Sunday night or the early hours of Monday morning and who may have video footage is asked to contact Gardaí.
