As the old saying goes hell hath no fury like a woman scorned - and one man had this message delivered to him loud and clear.

Two women in the UK took their revenge by outing Steve Frazer publicly as a two-timer in a banner hung over the A1 that was seen by thousands motorists.

It is believed the women took matters into their own hands after meeting each other and made the huge sign with pictures of themselves and their alleged ex-lover.

The red-and-yellow poster read: "Steve Frazer you're dumped by both your girlfriends."

The poster was hung on the northbound carriageway between the Bowes incline and the Angel of the North but it has since been taken down.

The pictures on the sign show two similar-looking women posing for a selfie together and another photo of a man in a black North Face jacket.
