A 22-year-old man charged with murdering Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee in County Sligo is due back in court today.
It is the third time Yousef Palani of 10 Markievicz Heights in Sligo will be appearing in court charged with the murders.
He will be appearing via videolink from Castlerea Prison where he has been held for the past four weeks.
The 22-year-old stands charged with the with the murder of Aidan Moffitt at his home in Cartron Heights in Sligo town on April 10th.
He is also charged with the murder of Michael Snee at his home at City View, Connaughton Road, in the town on April 12th.
Finally, he is charged with assault causing serious harm to Anthony Burke at Cleveragh Road in Sligo on April 9th.
At his last appearance, the court hear that he has had received medical attention in prison and has been seeing a psychiatrist.
He had yet to consult with his legal team due to COVId-19 restrictions.
