The Taoiseach has promised to give some junior ministers and back benchers their chance when he reshuffles the cabinet next year.
A reshuffle is expected in the second half of next year when one of the current ministers takes over as IrelandÂ’'s next EU Commissioner.
But Enda Kenny's hinted that some other ministers might also be moved to make way for new blood:
