There are calls for an independent investigation into the €108 million spent on the Poolbeg Incinerator in Dublin.
Dublin's City Manager yesterday warned that the taxpayer could also be facing a massive legal bill if plans to scrap the project go ahead.
Owen Keegan says that money can only be regained if the plant is given the go-ahead.
