Can the Aer Lingus strike be averted?

The trade union IMPACT, which represents Aer Lingus cabin crew, last night accepted an invitation to talks with management.

This comes just two days before cabin crew are set to strike for 24 hours amid disagreement over rosters.

So is a resolution in sight? Michael Landers, Assistant General Secretary of IMPACT, joined us on Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
