The Irish woman at the centre of a New York rape trial has told the court she tried to fight off her alleged attacker.

Jason Lee (38) denies raping the now 22-year-old at the house he and his wife rented in the New York beach resort of the Hamptons in 2013.

The Goldman Sacks banker claims he had sex with the victim, but that it was consensual.

The Irish woman flew to New York and to testify.
