September is High Tea & Talk month and all month mental health charity Suicide or Survive are asking people to host a tea & talk event and get people sitting down together for a nice brew and a chat about mental health.

This week at Newstalk we're partnering with Suicide or Survive to help raise awareness and to support the “Virtual Selfie Tea Challenge”.

Our Newstalk presenters will be joining the challenge and if you want to get involved all you have to do is this:

1. Make yourself a brew.

2. Take a selfie pic.

3. Post it to Facebook and challenge three of your friends to do the same.

Then when you've done that simply text SOS$ to 50300 to donate €4 to Suicide or Survive.

And don't forget to tag your photos with the Virtual Selfie Tea Challenge hashtag: #‎nicecuppachallenge”¬
