Islamic militants say they have now seized full control of Iraq's largest oil refinery.
The complex, north of Baghdad, has been a battlefield since Wednesday, when Sunni fighters launched an assault on the plant.
Meanwhile, US Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Irbil in Northern Iraq for talks with local leaders.

More than one militant group fighting
Senior Iraqi Sunni leader Sheikh Ali Al-Salmam, who is not with ISIS, told reporters his men will continue to fight Iraqi government forces until current Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki steps down.
"He is using the same policies as Saddam. He is burning Iraq to stay in power."
His thousands-strong Military Council for the Revolutionary Tribes' is based in Ramadi but controls large parts of Anbar Province to the west of Baghdad, the scene of recent insurgent fighting.
