How to live to 150 you must do: 100 sit-ups a day, a few press-ups, learn to do a hand stand, a strict diet... and never have sex.

Ivan Yates listened with interest as Chris gave him the formula for a long life, but seemed unwilling to commit completely.

"Aul' wans I talk to tell me that's the last thing to go" he quipped.

On the front pages, every paper has the Irish victory and the Shane Long goal at the Aviva during last night's match with Germany.

One listener even suggested the presenters might have been better to review the German papers for the morning that's in it.

One lead on all three broadsheets. It is about the rift between Fine Gael and Labour over the General Election.

"Fine Gael insists timing of the election is Kenny's decision" - The Irish Times

"Tension as Kenny refuses to clarify poll date" - The Examiner

"Labour threat to FG vote pact in snap election split" - The Irish Independent

The Irish Sun "The boys in the coop - new recruits risk the sack to demand more pay", that story about garda protests.

The Irish Daily Mail "Noonan blocks health tax on sugary drinks".

The Herald "I've lost my family" on the sad story of a man who lost his 3-month-old son in a car crash.

Irish Daily Star has a poster wraparound front page featuring pictures from the match.

There was a public meeting in Thurles last night on the issue of rural crime, and The Irish Times covers that story. Some really emotive testimony given to garda representatives at that event.
