Rosdeep Kular is being held in isolation at Scotland's only all-female prison.
Mikaeel Kular's Mother was charged with his murder yesterday, by a Sheriff in Edinburgh. She was remanded in custody at Cornton Vale prison, where she has been placed on 24-hour watch.
The boy (3) was reported missing last Thursday - his body was found two days later in woodland in Kirkcaldy.

In court there was no date given for the boy's death.
