A 72 hour ceasefire is due to end tonight in Gaza with little hope of progress indicated by the different parties but a lull in combat does not mean the work to deal with the casualties of the conflict ceases.
Maha Al-Sheikh Khalil is seven years old and lost her pregnant mother and two sisters in Israeli shelling three weeks ago. She herself is now paralysed from the neck down and is currently in the Al Shifa hospital in Gaza.
