Broadcasting from the G Hotel in Galway this morning, Ivan and Chris as usual had a look through the day's papers.

They started with a discussion about an important holiday taking place today - National Orgasm Day.

"The idea was for participants throughout the world to have an orgasm during this one day while thinking about peace," Ivan explained. "It was thought that such an event would have a positive on human wellbeing."

However he pointed out that down at the Galway Races they have a different, 'racier' - pun intended? - interpretation of the idea.

Positive CSO growth figures are is one of the main stories in today's broadsheets, but there's a warning in the Irish Examiner that we risk making some of the same economic mistakes.

The trial of three former Anglo executives is covered heavily across the papers today, while the Irish Independent reports that Bertie Ahern's former constituency base has been bought by his former secretary as a family home.

Moving over to the tabloids, the trial of the man charged with the murder of his former landlord dominates the front page of several papers. The Irish Daily Mail, meanwhile, reveals what professions people trust most.

With Galway Races supplements in several of today's papers, Chris revealed how Ivan got into some trouble when he was caught slagging off hats - although Ivan argued he managed to save the situation.
