Even though protests have continued throughout the country, there has, as of yet, been no comment from Irish Water or the Government about any changes to the water charges.

This morning, Newstalk Breakfast discussed the front pages of the papers, many of which were dominated by the Irish Water conversation.

Other stories from the papers include the UNICEF report which showed the effect of the recession on children, the rocket that went up in smoke yesterday and the story from the Irish Independent concerning the Secretary General position to the Department of Justice which has not yet been filled.
