The Irish Times leads with that HSE story which claims that hundreds of patients were recalled due to errors with x-rays and scans.
The Irish Independent features bankers digging in on mortgage rate cutes while the Irish Examiner leads with the USC charge a "cynical bid to reclaim voters".
