The papers dominated this morning by two main stories, the sentencing of Graham Dwyer for the murder of Elaine O'Hara and a migrant ship which sunk in the Mediterranean.

The Irish Times leads with an EU pledge to take firm action over the latest boat disaster.

The Irish Independent also leads with the migrant ship but instead highlights that 700 died at sea following the disaster. A reporter from Italy this morning claimed it could be as many as 950 people lost at sea

The Irish Examiner features the Leinster loss to Toulon over the weekend.

Meanwhile, the tabloids deal with the Graham Dwyer trial and the latest on the death of Karen Buckley in Glasgow.

Presenters Ivan Yates and Chris Donoghue also discussed the fact that Ringo Starr was the last of the Beatles to be inducted into the Rock n'Roll Hall of Fame. They also discussed Miley Cyrus decision to take her clothes off...

Ivan highlighted a story which stated that women will hit the delete button five times before they publish a selfie online.

Chris discussed the fact that Disney shares raised by almost two billion dollars following the release of the Star Wars trailer.

The pair also talked about a story where the British Chess Grandmaster claimed women are not intelligent enough to play chess.
