All of the papers are dominated this morning by the tragic Karen Buckley story as Alexander Pacteau pleaded guilty to her murder in Glasgow yesterday.

The Irish Times goes with a quote from Karen Buckley's father statement yesterday, "our hearts are broken at the thoughts of Karen's final moments".

The Irish Independent goes with a similar quote from that statement, "What a waste of a young life"

Meanwhile, the Irish Examiner leads with that same story but with the headlines, the dignity of a devastated dad.

The tabloids also all go with the Karen Buckley story. The Irish Mirror leads with "Truly Evil" in relation to her killer Alexander Pacteau while the Irish Daily Mail highlights the fact that Pacteau had been arrested in relation to a sexual assault years previously.

Shane talked about the fact that kids don't bring their books on holiday anymore, they just bring their mobile phones. Chris claimed he was off the grid today.

They also discussed the fact that Ed Sheeran has a new tattoo. Shane asked: "have you ever seen one that you would have put up on the wall of your house?"

The pair also discussed a survey from the Irish Mirror which asked what Irish celebrity would you like to be stuck in a car with.
