People with prepay mobile phones may have to prove their age before accessing pornography and other sensitive content. Deputy Anne Rabbitte, Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Children and Youth Affairs, is to bring forward a bill in the Dáil to prevent children accessing pornography on phones.

She joined Shane Coleman on the show this morning to explain why she feels the bill is necessary, how it will work, and how confident she is that it will become law.
