Andrea Gilligan was joined in studio by a panel of experts to look at the issue of mental health as a part of Mental Health Week. Together they discuss everything from pathways to care, the support systems already in place and what could be done in the future as well as the implications for those suffering from mental health issues following Budget 2019.
