Last-ditch Brexit trade talks continue in London this morning, with fishing rights a major bone of contention.

It's day three of the latest talks between the UK and European Union chief negotiator Michel Barnier.

There are only five weeks to go until the end of the current transition period.

The two key sticking points are access to British fishing waters and the EU's demand for trade penalties to be an option.

British foreign secretary Dominic Raab says this could be the final week of "substantive" talks, with time running out.
