How difficult is it for small and medium-sized Irish firms to get loans to develop their business?  A survey found that 63% of Irish SMEs are finding it difficult and it’s creating a barrier to economic recovery. It’s some of the findings in the latest quarterly Linked Finance SME Confidence Index. To discuss this further Joe spoke to Niall O'Grady the CEO of Linked Finance.
